Double-Trigger RSU Liquidity Estimator

The Double-Trigger RSU Liquidity Estimator gives you a planning number for private company equity that does not pay out until two triggers both fire. You enter the number of vested RSUs, the current 409A or tender price, the years until you expect a liquidity event, your honest probability that liquidity happens, and your marginal tax bracket. The calculator returns the gross value at expected liquidity, the net cash after tax, and a probability-weighted expected value. Use it before borrowing against equity, signing a mortgage with assumed equity income, or rejecting an outside offer because the equity feels too valuable to leave behind. Private company equity is illiquid until it is not, and a planning number forces honesty about the actual cash you can rely on.
