You enter annual revenue from a client, scores from one to ten on ease of working together, payment reliability, growth potential, and strategic fit, plus your top client's annual revenue as a benchmark. The calculator returns a 100-point score, a recommended action, and a revenue tier. Use it quarterly on every active client.
